Constipend is a food supplement providing 650 mg of magnesium per 2 capsules from three forms: magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, and magnesium aspartate. It also contains 100 mg of L-Glutamine and 25 mg of olive oil extract per serving. The capsules are made from gelatin and the product is allergen-free.
