COCO-10 PLUS™

Coco-10 Plus is a blend of organic, flavourless coconut oil combined with Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10). Coconut oil is composed of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which are quickly metabolised by the body. CoQ10 is a naturally occurring substance that plays a role in cellular energy production.

This is a natural property of coconut oil. Below approximately 24°C (76°F), coconut oil solidifies, and above that temperature it becomes liquid. This does not affect the quality or efficacy of the product. If your Coco-10 Plus has solidified, simply place the desired amount in a glass container and warm it gently in warm water until it liquefies.

Start with ½ tablespoon per day, added to your morning shake or food. Gradually increase by ½ tablespoon per week, up to a maximum of 4 tablespoons per day. If you experience any digestive discomfort, reduce the dose. Most people find 2 tablespoons per day works well. Those with an excitable metabolism type should limit intake to 1 tablespoon.

No, Coco-10 Plus does not need refrigeration. Coconut oil is naturally very stable and does not spoil at room temperature. You can store it in a cool, dry place. The product may change from liquid to solid form depending on the ambient temperature, but this is completely normal and does not affect its quality.
