Frank Suárez (1950-2021) was a Puerto Rican metabolism specialist and the author of the bestseller “The Power of Your Metabolism”. He was not a medical doctor. In 1998 he founded NaturalSlim in the United States to help people understand their metabolism through education, nutrition and food supplements. The approach is to understand how your metabolism works and to make informed choices about your lifestyle. In Europe, NaturalSlim B.V. in Amsterdam offers the products and the personal programme with Certified Metabolism Consultants.

The NaturalSlim programme is a comprehensive approach to metabolic health that combines education (through books and guides), personalised consultation with a Certified Metabolism Consultant (CMC), and targeted nutritional supplementation. It is not a diet but a lifestyle approach that helps you understand your body's unique metabolism and make sustainable changes.

Yes, NaturalSlim Europe ships to all EU countries and the United Kingdom from our European warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by country but generally range from 2-5 business days within the EU.
